When you check in for our walk-in waitlist or book an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, preferred barber, and service details. If you opt in, we also record your consent to receive promotional text messages.
We use this information to manage your position in our walk-in queue, confirm and manage scheduled appointments, process payments for services and appointment booking fees, and send you a post-service message to rate your visit and optionally leave a tip for your barber.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information collected is used solely to send appointment-related notifications, post-service tip requests, and — only if you've separately opted in — occasional promotional offers from Heroes Barbershop.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of promotional messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your full card number on our servers — card data is handled directly by Square's payment infrastructure.
We retain check-in and appointment records for internal record-keeping and reporting purposes. You may contact us at any time to request that your information be removed from our subscriber list.
