Heroes Barbershop provides a digital waitlist for walk-in customers and an online scheduling system for appointment bookings, both accessible through our website.
Appointment bookings include the listed service price plus a $1.99 booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Service payments are processed through Square at the time of booking or service completion, as applicable.
If you provide your phone number and opt in to text messages, you may receive appointment-related notifications and, if separately opted in, promotional messages from Heroes Barbershop. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used.
Tips are optional and, when given, are paid directly to the barber who performed your service. Tips are separate from the service price and booking fee and are not refundable once processed.
Heroes Barbershop provides these digital tools as a convenience. We are not liable for delays, missed notifications, or technical issues arising from third-party services (including SMS carriers or payment processors) beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
